Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos, and developing branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams to conceptualize and deliver designs, ensuring consistency across branding efforts, and utilizing typography effectively to enhance visual communication.

• Design creatives for:
• App & web UI support (banners, empty states, illustrations)
• Marketing campaigns, social media posts, ads
• Product launch & announcement visuals
• Work closely with Product & Marketing teams
• Translate ideas and requirements into clear, clean visuals
• Maintain visual consistency across brand assets
• Create templates for recurring content (social, announcements, promotions)

• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Spacing & visual hierarchy
• Ability to convert raw ideas into polished designs
• Experience designing for digital products or startups
• Attention to detail and quality

• Experience in fintech / crypto / SaaS design
• Basic motion graphics (After Effects / Lottie)
• Understanding of mobile-first design

• Clean & minimal design thinking
• Open to feedback and fast iterations
• Curious and eager to improve design quality
• Understands that design builds trust in financial products
