Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, proactive Graphic Designer who thrives in a startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of their work, thinks beyond briefs, and is excited to help shape the visual identity of a growing brand.

You wont just execute designs youll help define how Emori looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the visual design function across digital and print platforms
• Conceptualize and create high-impact creatives for social media, ads, website banners, email marketing, packaging, and offline collaterals
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as the company grows
• Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously experiment with new design trends, formats, and creative strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills across digital and print formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

o Photoshop

o Illustrator

o After Effects

• Strong sense of branding, typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Startup mindset: adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable with fast iterations

Nice to Have

• Experience in motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for design production
• Experience in D2C, fashion, or jewellery brands
