Job Description:

The Associate Process Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include providing guidance, promoting a positive team culture, and ensuring timely and effective task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Set clear team goals and drive the team to achieve them within the set timeframe.
  • Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and guide team members to complete tasks.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and meet daily deliverables goals.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics to the leadership team.
  • Motivate team members and take accountability.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking to achieve high-level results.

Skill Sets:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative applications is an added advantage

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in team handling (preferably in the Creative Design field, with 25+ team members).
  • 8 Years of experience in Graphic Designing with InDesign.


Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility for Night shift US Shift
  • Willingness to work from the office
