At Eat Better Co., design is more than aestheticsits a core business tool that defines how our brand looks, feels, and stands out.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is a strategic thinker and strong executor.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve product packaging across multiple products, SKUs, and special editions.
Create digital collaterals for social media, campaigns, and advertisements.
Design website assets including banners, product visuals, and brand sections.
Conceptualize and manage photoshoots end-to-end, from ideation and styling to final outputs.
Identify, define, and maintain Eat Betters visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to transform briefs into high-quality creative work.

Requirements

13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in brand-led or consumer-facing companies.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent aesthetic sense with the ability to design within an established brand system.
Strong understanding of brand thinking and visual storytelling.
Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Experience with packaging, print, and digital design.
