Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-centered UI/UX for web and mobile products
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels with a CRO-first mindset
- Develop brand assets, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to bring ideas to life
- Conduct basic UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping
- A/B test design variations and optimize based on performance data
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on design experience across UI/UX, graphic design, and performance/ad creatives
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work digital products, ads, and brand design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or similar tools is a plus
- Understanding of \CRO principles what makes a landing page or ad convert
- Basic knowledge of design handoff and working with developers
- Sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
