Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join our publishing house. This role requires expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, and video creation, delivering high-quality visuals across digital and print media. From conceptualizing book covers to designing user-friendly interfaces and engaging video content, you will play a key role in shaping our brands visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-end visuals from scratch for print, digital, and interactive media.
• Design marketing materials including book covers, social media graphics, website banners (static & GIFs), and promotional videos.
• Ensure brand consistency by following and evolving visual guidelines across all projects.
• Develop UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
• Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, book trailers, and digital promotions.
• Collaborate with teams including business leaders, copywriters, and content managers to align designs with the brands strategy.
• Adapt and optimize graphics for different formats and platforms.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, UI/UX, and video design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, etc.).
• Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
