Graphic Designer

Dashr is a leading digital marketing agency that helps businesses establish a dynamic presence online. We are looking for someone who can match our enthusiasm and creativity and deliver creative solutions for all our clients.

Location: Shivalik, South Delhi

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using the Adobe Suite of products (Photoshop/Illustrator/etc.)
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design(s)
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Test graphics across various social channels
• Quickly amend designs after feedback
• Creating user-centred designs for websites and apps by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches)
• Collaborating effectively with product and marketing teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Skills & Requirements:

• Good experience as a Visualizer
• A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Autonomous working style, hands-on design and development experience of product-based websites
• Exceptional design skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
• Ability to work with short deadlines and quick turnaround time

• The candidate must have a laptop.
• Must have access to the required software
