Graphic Designer Content & Marketing Remote (India) | Full-time

Design the tools that keep a generation safe online.

Cyberlite delivers cyber safety and AI education to learners across 16+ countries in Asia-Pacific. We work with Microsoft, INTERPOL, and the U.S. State Department. Our content reaches classrooms, parent communities, and policy tables but design is how we make it land.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring a learning framework to life: in slides, in campaigns, in classroom resources, and in the kind of scroll-stopping social content that actually gets shared. If you can make complex ideas beautiful and clear, we want to talk.

What you'll own

• Design across every format we publish slide decks, infographics, social campaigns, reports, digital products, and printed resources for schools
• Bring Cyberlite's Internet Independent Framework to life visually, so teachers and students understand and remember it
• Work directly with our founders on content that reaches hundreds of thousands of learners
• Develop and maintain a sharp, consistent brand identity across markets
• Experiment freely motion graphics, illustrated explainers, Reels formats, whatever makes the idea click

What we're looking for

Non-negotiable:

• Exceptional command of PowerPoint and Canva you can build decks that look like they came from a top-tier agency, not a template
• A portfolio that shows range: social assets, presentations, long-form documents, educational or explainer content
• Strong fundamentals hierarchy, typography, colour, layout, and the ability to simplify without dumbing down
• Speed. You can turn around a polished social graphic same-day and manage a 40-slide deck in parallel

Mindset (this matters most):

• You don't need a background in education or cyber safety but you need to want to become a domain expert. Our best team members get curious about the subject matter and let it shape their creative decisions.
• You're tech-forward. You stay current with new tools, you experiment, and you don't wait to be shown.
• You take feedback well and give it honestly.
