Key Responsibilities

• Adapt master creatives for high-performing formats across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
• Ensure platform-specific specsresolution, format, and dimensionsare met.
• Design and adapt POSM assets (standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.).
• Create and update packaging artworks and labels in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop final print-ready files for brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
• Ensure accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles for all print materials.
• Perform basic image edits, including color correction and balancing, as needed.

Desired skills and qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
• Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Comfortable with AI integrated content (with knowledge of tools like Nano Banana, Sora, etc)
