Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the consulting team to develop high-quality visual outputs across a range of formats, including presentation decks, strategic reports, investment briefs, and marketing collaterals. This role requires not only technical proficiency in design tools but also the ability to interpret abstract business concepts and transform them into structured, visually compelling formats. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and evolving client requirements.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

Build and maintain internal design systems, including templates, icon libraries, style guides, and reusable slide libraries Collaborate with team members to translate complex business ideas into clear, structured, and visually compelling formats

Support the design and structuring of visual materials across presentations, reports, proposals, and digital assets, in line with firm standards

Format and refine documents across multiple formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards in all outputs

Uphold high standards of accuracy, clarity, and design quality under tight timelines

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing responsiveness with quality and speed

Continuously explore and implement visual storytelling approaches to enhance client engagement and firm positioning

Required Competencies (include, but are not limited to)

Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related field

2 - 5 years of professional experience in a visual design role, preferably within consulting, corporate strategy, corporate communications, strategic design, market research, knowledge management, research & insights, or other professional services environments

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, along with strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Demonstrated ability to format dense business content into well-structured, visually consistent presentations and documents

High attention to detail concerning alignment, typography, layout integrity, and formatting precision

Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision

Exposure to business storytelling and visual translation of strategic concepts (e.g., models, timelines, dashboards, charts)
