Graphic Designer – Cannabis Brand Marketing

About the Company

We operate three active cannabis brands: Passion Farms (B2B THCA wholesale), Canalinx (cannabis marketplace platform), and Terpsourced (consumer e-commerce). Each brand has a distinct identity, audience, and visual language. Our visuals need to match the level of the business we are building.

About the Role

We are hiring a graphic designer to own visual output across all three brands social graphics, campaign assets, sales materials, and digital content. This is a production role with creative responsibility. You will build and maintain a consistent visual system across brands that should feel distinct from each other while clearly belonging to the same company family.

Motion graphics capability is required. Static-only designers are not the right fit for this role.

Responsibilities

Design social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X across all three brands

Produce campaign creatives, product visuals, and promotional assets

Build motion graphics and short animated assets brand reels, product showcases, explainer loops

Maintain visual consistency across brands without homogenizing them

Collaborate with content and growth teams on integrated campaign creative

Work with AI creative tools including MidJourney and Canva human creative direction on top of AI output

Requirements

Portfolio showing brand marketing design across multiple visual identities

Motion graphics experience this is non-negotiable

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma

Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows

Cannabis category comfort you should be at ease with the imagery, language, and aesthetic of the industry

Available during U.S. marketing hours

Own laptop and stable internet connection
