Graphic Designer

Summary:

The role is for a Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We are seeking someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and seamlessly convert them into images, layouts, and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the experiential sector, to support our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.

Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Degree in visual or experiential design discipline from renowned institute is mandatory

Role:

• Be an active part of the creative process - right from receiving the brief to execution
• Brainstorming with creative and client servicing teams on solutions for brands
• Understanding Brand Identity Design and tonality of existing clients and working with their guidelines
• Proficiency in logo design and visual brand identity
• Create and deliver graphic template, video content, motion graphics for content design
• Prepare design plan, concept, storyboard and layout for event space design
• Take forward the design template into product and collateral design
• Edit raw video footage and make films to amplify and archive the project
• Making print files or final resolution files for export
• Meet deadlines while executing designing projects

Desired Skills:

• Software skills: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Color Correcting, etc.)
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and details.
• Obsessed with brands, visuals, and storytelling that actually lands.
• Can juggle tasks, hit deadlines, and stay organised under pressure.
• Digitally fluent, social-media savvy, and tuned into design + culture trends.
