Were looking for a Designer who can turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping emails and ads .

If you love designing for DTC brands, have a strong eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative to life without making it feel like a templatethen this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
• Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
• Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layoutnot just execute
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and whats working in the DTC space

Qualifications

• 28 years of experience in designideally for eCommerce brands
• Proficiency in Figma is a must
• Understands layout, spacing, typography, and colour
• Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
• Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
• Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
• Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics
