Graphic Designer

This role encompasses collaborating and strategizing with diverse teams and clients on a wide array of marketing materials, from logos and brochures to infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and more. The designer will translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that adhere to established brand identities. This involves developing concepts, whether by hand or using design software, and executing original content by carefully selecting color palettes, typography, imagery, and layout. The position also includes managing the design and upload process for all project materials, adhering to best practices for content management systems. Finally, the designer will leverage trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets to inform their design choices and execute specific classifications effectively.

This role requires exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, along with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate should have four or more years of experience, preferably within a creative or marketing agency. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as are strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development through education and training is also highly desired.
