Graphic Designer - Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visuals for digital marketing, ads, and social media campaigns. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with performance marketers and content teams to deliver creatives that actually perform.

This is not a print-only or logo-only role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media (organic and paid)
• Create ad creatives for platforms like Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn
• Design assets across formats such as feed posts, stories, reels, banners, and video ads
• Create motion graphics, short videos, and reels for campaigns
• Convert briefs into clear, effective visual executions
• Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats and audiences
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital creatives
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to meet timelines

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong experience in digital ads and social media creatives
• Ability to create motion videos, reels, and short-form video content
• Figma is mandatory
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Clear understanding of social media formats and ad specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Location Requirement

• Onsite role in Bangalore
