The Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating impactful marketing and corporate communication materials that simplify complex ideas and make them visually engaging. Youll collaborate closely with the business development, marketing, and product teams to deliver designs that not only look good but also support business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communication:

• Design brochures, case studies, whitepapers, e-books, and corporate presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
• Create visuals for digital channels including LinkedIn, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Develop infographics and data visualizations that communicate technical and business concepts clearly.

Branding & Consistency:

• Ensure designs align with AutoVRses brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Support visual branding for new product features and internal initiatives.

Production & Execution:

• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring deliverables are optimized for print and digital.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience: A 6-month internship as a Graphic Designer would be preferable., preferably in B2B Tech, SaaS, EdTech, or corporate communication.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Presentation Design: Proven ability to create professional, polished presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing infographics, corporate decks, marketing collateral, and other relevant B2B design work.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to take feedback, multitask, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Location: Must be open to working full-time from our Bangalore office.

Good to Have:

• Motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
• UX/UI design exposure (basic mock-ups, wireframes).
• Interest or experience in VR/AR or game-related visuals.
