Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate business goals and brand strategy into high-quality visual communication. You will work closely with the Brand, Growth, and Performance teams to create creatives that are not just visually appealing but also conversion-focused.

This role requires a balance of creativity, speed, and strategic thinking .


Key responsibilities:

  • Design brand-aligned creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, and ads
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Translate brand guidelines into scalable design systems
  • Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Work closely with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data and insights
  • Design multiple creative variations for A/B testing
  • Design posts, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collaterals
  • Support campaign launches with fast turnarounds and multiple formats
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life visually
  • Work closely with Brand Head, Growth Team, and Performance Team
  • Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
  • Manage multiple design requests with clear prioritization

Required Skills:


  • 1 to 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or startup experience preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for digital platforms and performance ads
  • Ability to design fast without compromising quality


  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Understanding of branding, marketing funnels, and conversion-focused design
  • Experience working with growth or performance marketing teams
