Graphic Designer and Visualizer

Gauge Advertising is an independent, technology-focused creative agency with offices in Bangalore and Delhi. We develop communication strategies for global technology leaders and blue-chip clients including IBM, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS, Sify, and Exotel. We also support a growing portfolio of US-based SMBs across IT services, consulting, and healthcare.

Were hiring a full-time Graphic / Visual Designer based in the Greater Delhi Area (Netaji Subash). This is an on-site role (minimum 3 days a week).

Youll bring ideas to life across digital campaigns, marketing assets, social creatives, digital ads, landing pages, and sales enablement materials. Working closely with writers, account managers, and developers, youll ensure high-quality, brand-aligned visual output across projects.

This role suits someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and keen to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred joining timeline: 24 weeks.

• 34 years experience in graphic/visual design (agency and B2B/tech experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital campaigns, and multi-format assets
• Solid design and layout skills for print and digital
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and Canva
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Degree/formal training in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
