Role Overview:

We are hiring a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can independently create high-quality visual and video content for digital platforms. This role requires speed, strong visual judgment, and hands-on expertise in both design and motion workflows.

You will work closely with the marketing and content team to produce creatives for social media, ads, brand campaigns, and product communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

- Design static creatives for social media posts, carousels, and digital ads

- Create website and app banners

- Maintain brand consistency across all designs

- Iterate designs quickly based on feedback

Video Editing & Motion:

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)

- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics

- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and visual polish

- Optimize videos for platform-specific formats

AI & Creative Tools:

- Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in design and video editing

- Experiment with AI-based creative workflows and tools

Required Skills:

Mandatory:

- 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing

- Proficiency in Canva

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

- Working knowledge of AI tools for creative workflows

- Strong understanding of social-media-first content

Preferred (Good to Have):

- Experience working with startups or digital-first brands

- Basic understanding of performance creatives and ads

- Ability to work fast while maintaining quality

Work Setup:

- Full-time, on-site role, 6 days a week with alternative Saturday's off

- In-office position only

- Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
