Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a core team role as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager requires the successful candidate to work partially from the companys Hyderabad office and partially from home. The individual will be responsible for designing graphics, managing brand visuals, developing branding materials, and creating engaging social media content. Additional responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, strategizing for improved engagement, analyzing campaign success, and ensuring cohesive representation across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design with a strong portfolio of creative work
• Proficiency in Branding and Typography to create visually compelling assets
• Experience with social media management, campaign creation, and content strategy
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
• A bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in gamification, event branding, or working in fast-paced creative industries is a bonus

Work Structure

• Hybrid: 3 days office + 3 days remote
• 6 working days per week
• Office location: Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad
• Full-time core role

Compensation

20,000 per month

ESOPs (for long-term contributors)

This is a core team role with growth potential as PIL Gaming scales.
