Job Description
We are hiring a taste-driven Graphic Designer who understands branding, digital creatives, and uses AI tools to work faster without compromising quality .
Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality creatives for ads, social media & campaigns
- Create static posts, carousels, thumbnails & ad creatives
- Maintain strong visual consistency & brand aesthetics
- Collaborate with ads & video teams for performance creatives
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, design & variations
- Adapt creatives based on performance feedback
- Strong design sense (not template-dependent)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator / Figma
- Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
- Understanding of ad creatives that convert
- Motion / basic animation skills
- Experience working with performance marketing teams
