Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our on-site team.
This role primarily focuses on high-quality static creative development and AI-powered video editing for digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to produce engaging social media creatives and short-form AI-generated video content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, and digital campaigns
Create AI-assisted video content and short-form marketing videos
Design logos and assist in developing brand identities
Create social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing visuals
Work on packaging designs such as labels, boxes, and pouches
Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual outputs
Collaborate with branding, marketing, and web teams
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork
Optimize creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience creating static marketing creatives
Basic knowledge of AI video editing tools or motion editing workflows
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
A portfolio showcasing static creatives and marketing designs
Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
Familiarity with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Firefly, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora-style workflows)
Understanding of social media content trends and short-form video formats
Basic knowledge of Figma or UI design
Experience in photo retouching and image compositing
Knowledge of print production processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Awareness of AI design tools and workflow optimization
