Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Art Executive to conceptualize and execute engaging static and dynamic creative designs across digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of brand guidelines, the ability to translate briefs into effective visual communication, and a strong grasp of industry trends and audience insights. This role demands a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines and internal processes to deliver high-quality work consistently.

Language Requirement:

The candidate should have a good understanding of Gujarati to effectively interpret briefs and references where required. Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential for day-to-day communication and collaboration.

1. Brand Understanding & Alignment:

- Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requirements and identity, target audience etc

- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand's identity and values

2. Design Creation: Develop static + dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc.

3. Research:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention

- Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs

4. Time Management: Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.

5. Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs
