The AbhiBus website and apps allow users to check amenities provided by bus operators, compare booking fares, check bus timings in the searched route, live tracking of the bus before arrival, cancellation protection options and other facilities. It is the official ticketing partner for several state road transport corporation bus tickets and IRCTC bus bookings.

Job Description:

Marketing & Growth Creatives

Design high-converting creatives for:

o Performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates)

o App install & retargeting campaigns

o CRM channels (WhatsApp, Email, Push, In-app)

Create static, motion, and short-form video assets optimized for CTR, CVR, and

retention.

Rapidly iterate creatives based on campaign performance data (A/B variants, hooks,

formats).

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while adapting for channel-specific best

practices.


Product Marketing & Brand Assets (~3040%)

Design product-led creatives including:

o Feature launch banners

o In-app promotions

o Store listing creatives (Play Store / App Store)

o Product explainers and walkthrough visuals

Create and maintain:

o Logos, iconography, illustrations

o Brand kits and reusable templates

Collaborate with Product & UX teams on visual storytelling for new features.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Design Skills

02 years of hands-on experience in graphic design / visual design

Strong command of:

o Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

o Figma

Working knowledge of:

o Motion design / video editing

o Micro Animations


Growth & Execution Mindset

Experience working with marketing or growth teams (performance or lifecycle)

Ability to design for scale and speed (templates, systems, variants)

Comfort working with tight timelines and multiple campaigns

Data-informed approach to creative decisions (CTR, conversion, engagement)


Good to Have

Experience in consumer tech / app-first businesses

Understanding of performance marketing funnels

Basic understanding of UX principles

Experience collaborating with copywriters and product managers
