Graphic Designer (Social Media + Ads)

Magical Nest is India's kids' room specialist - we design and build custom kids' rooms that are fun, functional, and safe. From concept to execution, we handle end-to-end design and manufacturing.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can consistently create high-quality creatives for our brand across social media and performance marketing. What you'll work on

• Design creatives for Instagram posts, stories, and ads (static + carousel)
• Create ad-ready assets for Meta/Instagram campaigns (multiple sizes + variants)
• Convert briefs into clean, high-converting visuals (hooks, layouts, typography, hierarchy)
• Support the brand with icons, simple illustrations, banners, website graphics, and misc creative needs
• Work closely with marketing, founders, and creative team to maintain a consistent brand style

What we're looking for

• Strong graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, spacing, and color sense
• Ability to create ad creatives that are scroll-stopping but still premium
• Comfortable working fast without compromising quality
• A sharp eye for detail (alignment, consistency, export quality, file hygiene)
• Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (Canva is a plus if you know when to use it)
• Bonus: basic motion/short-form video editing knowledge (After Effects / Premiere / CapCut)

• Can take ownership of tasks end-to-end (brief options final exports)
• Like working in a fast-moving environment with clear output expectations
• Understand that "good design" is not just pretty - it's clear, persuasive, and brand-consistent
