Graphic Designer & Content Creator (Brand-Focused)

booklinq is looking for a creative designer who understands how brands are built visually and enjoys executing a clear creative direction with precision and taste.

This is not a content writing, SEO, or performance marketing role.

This is a design-first, content execution role .

Someone who:

• Has a strong eye for design and layout
• Can translate creative direction into clean, consistent visuals
• Understands brand tone, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Communicates well with seniors and stakeholders
• Enjoys executing ideas at a high bar, not reinventing the brief every time
  

• Creating social media creatives (static + simple motion)
• Designing brand-consistent content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and product marketing
• Working closely with the core team to execute booklinqs visual vision
• Maintaining consistency across templates, campaigns, and formats
  

• Not SEO
• Not long-form content writing
• Not growth hacking or performance marketing
• Not a generalist digital marketer role
  

• 1+ year of relevant design/content experience , OR
• Background from a top design institute (NIFT / equivalent) , OR
• A strong, relevant portfolio that proves visual skill and taste
• Proficiency with Canva / Adobe tools (motion is a plus)
• Comfort working with feedback and clear creative direction
