Graphic Design Trainee

VidUnit Media is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create eye-catching YouTube Story thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement. Youll be working closely with our content creators and marketing team to bring visual concepts to life for a fast-paced, audience-focused YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design YouTube Story thumbnails (1080x1920) optimized for mobile and vertical viewing.
• Use brand guidelines while maintaining fresh, eye-catching visuals.
• Source or create expressive visuals (e.g., face reactions, objects, icons).
• Apply design techniques that increase click-through rate (CTR).
• Stay updated on YouTube trends and optimize accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and contrast.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with YouTube content trends and viral formats.
• Portfolio of past thumbnails or similar design work is required.
