Graphic Design Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Repro QC Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring that all artwork files meet print, brand, and production standards before release. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, deep technical knowledge of prepress, and hands-on experience in packaging artwork and reproduction workflows.

• Perform detailed QC (quality check) on packaging artworks before sending for production.
• Ensure accuracy of fonts, colors, images, barcodes, dimensions, layers, bleed & trapping.
• Review and validate die-lines, brand guidelines, and printer specifications.
• Check print readiness of PDFs including overprint settings, color separation, and resolution.
• Identify and correct errors in artwork adaptation for various SKUs, box types, and labels.
• Verify compliance with client style guides, regulatory content, and mandatory elements.
• Collaborate with the artwork team to resolve issues and provide corrective feedback.
• Communicate with clients or internal teams for approvals, clarifications, and revisions.
• Maintain QC logs and support continuous improvement in prepress quality.
• Ensure all files are aligned with printing processes like Offset, Flexo, Gravure, Digital, etc.

• 3+ years of experience in Repro, PrePress QC, or Packaging Artwork.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PDF workflows.
• Expertise in print production standardsCMYK, Pantone, trapping, bleed, overprint, color profiles.
• Ability to spot errors quickly and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Strong understanding of global packaging guidelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools like Acrobat Pro, Esko (optional but beneficial).
