Job Role & Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing creatives for digital, print, and social media platforms

Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, standees, flyers, presentations, and newsletters

Develop creatives for social media posts, campaigns, and ads in line with brand guidelines

Work closely with the content, marketing, and corporate communication teams to translate briefs into effective designs

Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials

Prepare final artworks for print and digital publishing

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Coordinate with vendors/printing agencies for design execution (if required)

Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro preferred)

Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

24 years of relevant work experience

Strong portfolio showcasing design work across platforms (mandatory)

Location : Taratala (Corporate Office)
