Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing creatives for internal and external communication.
• Support the creation of training decks, social media graphics, emailers, and event-related materials.
• Work closely with the operations and learning teams to understand design requirements.
• Create clean, on-brand visuals while maintaining consistency across all assets.
• Edit existing templates, images, and presentations as needed.
• Brainstorm visual ideas and contribute to creative discussions.
• Maintain and organize the design asset library for easy access.

What Were Looking For

• Basic proficiency in Canva or any other design tool (Figma/Photoshop is a plus).
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into simple, clean designs.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and deliver within timelines.

Duration & Stipend

• Duration: 3-5 months
• Stipend: 10,000 per month
