Graphic Design Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Visual Design Intern who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced creative environment. We work across Branding, Mainline, and Digital, crafting impactful offline communications and performance-driven digital creatives across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Understanding & Alignment

• Decode creative briefs shared by supervisors to understand brand requirements, identity, target audience, and objectives
• Ensure all creatives align with the brands voice, tone, messaging guidelines, and overall visual identity
• Maintain consistency across platforms while adapting designs as per campaign goals

Design Creation

• Develop static creative layouts for marketing materials including:
• Social media posts & carousels
• Performance ads
• Emailers
• Digital banners
• Offline collaterals (if required)
• Execute design concepts with attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual balance
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver creatives within timelines

Research & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and platform-specific creative formats
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Who Were Looking For

• Students or recent graduates from recognized design institutes / design schools (Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc.)
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic knowledge of Figma / Canva is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic agency environment
