Key Responsibilities:

Brand Support & Consistency: Assist in ensuring all design outputs follow the brands visual guidelines across digital, print, and social media platforms. Support the team in maintaining consistency in layouts, typography, and visual elements.
Creative Asset Development: Support the creation of graphics for social media, website banners, emailers, presentations, product creatives, and marketing campaigns. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and assist in developing campaign visuals.
Design Execution: Work closely with the design team to execute creatives based on provided briefs. Adapt master creatives into multiple formats and sizes as required for different platforms.
Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within deadlines. Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly.
Learning & Research: Stay updated on design trends, competitor creatives, and industry best practices. Assist in researching references and mood boards for upcoming campaigns.
Video & Motion Support (Good to Have): Support basic video editing tasks for social media content. Assist in creating simple motion graphics, reels, or GIFs where required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design projects.
Strong willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Graphic Design Intern
