Job Description

We have an exciting role to head our creative studio for one of Omnicoms largest advertising agency. This leadership role will require to lead and drive world-class advertising, creative and studio deliverables working with global brands and agency leaders. This role would be overall responsible for production, practice a people management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize branding guidelines to ensure accuracy of design is kept to for each client
  • Take direction from supervisor on projects & daily tasks
  • Properly save files within our online server system
  • Execute specific marked up changes within the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites and videos
  • Re-size approved materials as needed (resize journal ads to new size, resize banner ads to new sizes, resize emails for mobile)
  • Handle the final production of jobs and deliver to vendors / internal developers
  • Understand agency process as it applies to timelines, routes, and deliverables
  • Be able to troubleshoot and flex within the role as needed
  • Be able to handle a high volume of projects from different clients


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Should have 6-8 years of digital design at an advertising agency or in a similar environment (history in healthcare is not required).
  • Strong designer with the ability to run with brand guidelines and build out tactics to help support billable assignments.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PPT is required.
  • Should be able to support with routing and reviewing, updating files, and developing creative work based on previous materials and brand guidelines
  • Presents a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of digital projects.
  • Strong written communication, and extensive experience working with development teams.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams such as UX, copywriters, art directors, and developers every step of the way.
  • Detail-focused, goal-oriented and well organized


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND RELATED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Healthcare/Pharma/MedTech experience
  • After Effects / Video experience
  • Concepting skills
  • Experience with launch brands



Location - Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Shift - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am
