Role Overview

Plan and manage social media strategies aligned with brand values and client objectives.

Handle client communications with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.

Create engaging and informative content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Use AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation and campaign execution.

Monitor performance, prepare reports, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Take full ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.

Travel to client hospital/clinic locations once a month (or as required) for coordination, and relationship building.

What Were Looking For

13 years of experience in social media management and client handling.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and healthcare audiences.

Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / CapCut (design skills are mandatory) .

Familiarity with AI-based tools for smarter execution and automation.

A proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven mindset.

You Should NOT Apply If

Youre not genuinely excited about building in healthcare or startups.

You do not have hands-on experience in creative design, video editing, or both.

You are unwilling to travel occasionally for client shoots or on-ground coordination.

Bonus (Nice to Have):

Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare digital marketing is a strong plus.
