Role Overview

Were looking for a Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics - Junior Executive to join our creative team and help craft scroll-stopping visuals across static and motion formats.

This role is ideal for someone who loves designing layouts, animating ideas, and thinking visually for social-first content. Youll work closely with copywriters, strategists, and video editors to create content that drives engagement and builds brand love across platforms.

From Instagram carousels to animated reels, brand decks to motion-led campaigns your work will be seen, shipped, and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design static creatives for social media (posts, carousels, thumbnails, ads).
• Create brand-aligned visual assets including banners, posters, pitch decks, and digital collaterals.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Support campaign ideation with moodboards, layouts, and visual concepts.

Motion Graphics & Video

• Create motion graphics such as animated text, transitions, intros, and outros.
• Assist in editing short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Animate kinetic typography, UI-style animations, and explainer visuals.
• Sync visuals with music, VO, and sound effects for polished output.
• Optimize videos for social performance (hooks, pacing, retention).

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with copywriters and strategists to translate ideas into visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development.
• Organize project files, assets, and versions efficiently.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate under deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, meme culture, and platform-specific formats.

Tools & Skills RequiredMust-Have Tools

• Adobe Photoshop social creatives, layouts, visual edits
• Adobe Illustrator vector graphics, icons, brand assets
• Adobe After Effects motion graphics, animations, text effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro basic to intermediate video editing

Nice-to-Have / Bonus

• Figma layouts, collaborative design workflows
• CapCut social-first editing & quick-turn reels
• Adobe InDesign presentations & long-form layouts
• Familiarity with royalty-free music & SFX libraries

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in:
• Graphic Design / Visual Communication
• Animation / Motion Design
• Fine Arts / Digital Arts / Media Studies
• A portfolio/showreel is mandatory (academic, freelance, or personal work).
• Basic understanding of branding, social media, or advertising is a plus.
