Graphic & Branding Design

We are looking for a practical, fast-moving graphic designer who understands how design drives trust, sales, and brand recall . This role is not about decorative creativityits about clear communication, visual discipline, and business outcomes . You will work across real estate (land, projects, investments) and clothing (retail, fashion, brand storytelling) , adapting design language while maintaining consistency and strength.

• Designing sales-focused creatives : brochures, posters, hoardings, flyers, social media ads, and WhatsApp creatives
• Creating project presentations, pitch decks, and brand collaterals that build credibility and clarity
• Designing real estate layouts, maps, price charts, and visual explainers in a clean, understandable format
• Creating fashion creatives : lookbooks, banners, catalog pages, offer creatives, and brand posts
• Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpointsdigital, print, on-ground
• Working closely with founders and marketing teams to execute fast, without dilution

• Ability to design trust-led, premium, minimal visuals
• Understanding of layouts, maps, dimensions, pricing tables, and hierarchy
• Clean typography, spacing, and information flow (no clutter, no confusion)
• Strong sense of certainty, stability, and confidence in design tone

• Sense of aesthetics, balance, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work with colors, fabrics, models, and lifestyle imagery
• Designing for offers, collections, launches, and retail visibility
• Understanding how to make products look aspirational but accessible

• Speed, clarity, and ownershipexecution over excuses
• Strong command of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (advanced)
• Ability to take direction clearly and improve outputs fast
• Organised file management and repeatable design systems
• Willingness to grow with the brand, not just deliver tasks
