Grant Research Associate

This is a part time/ remote project for a US-based non-profit, to help scale their "AI-Ready Digital Career Pipeline." You will act as the engine room for our grant-seeking efforts. This is not a traditional "writing" role; it is a Research & Production role. You will use advanced AI tools (Gemini, Instrumentl) and a pre-defined "Master Narrative" to identify, draft, and track high-value grant opportunities.

What We Provide:

Complete Training: You will be trained on our specific "AI Stack" (Candid Platinum, Instrumentl, and custom Gemini Gems).

The Blueprint: You will receive a "Master Narrative" built by expertsyou don't have to "guess" our story; you just have to adapt it.

Strategic Guidance: You will work alongside a US-based Program Lead and a Strategic Consultant who will provide the "thinking" while you handle the "execution."

Executive Functioning & Soft Skills:

Process Discipline: The ability to follow a multi-step "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) without skipping steps.

Deadline Integrity: A rigorous internal clock; if a grant is due at 11:59 PM, your draft is ready 48 hours prior.

Pattern Recognition: Ability to look at a 30-page Grant RFP and quickly spot the key requirements (character counts, eligibility, specific questions).

Ownership: You don't just "report a problem"; you present the problem with two possible solutions.

Technical & Academic:

Education: University degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Writing Proficiency: Flawless written English (US conventions). You should be able to edit AI-generated text to ensure it sounds "human" and professional.

Digital Fluency: Comfortable navigating complex databases and project management tools.

AI Familiarity: Basic experience using LLMs (like Gemini or ChatGPT) for research or drafting.

US Context Knowledge: Previous experience working with US-based clients or a basic understanding of the US non-profit/501(c)(3) landscape.

KPO/BPO Experience: Experience in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) or professional research services.

Market Research Background: Experience using data tools.

Content Editing: A "keen eye" for document formatting and visual presentation.
