Grams, short for Grandmother, is a playful, design-led lifestyle hotel that blends nostalgia, comfort, and community living. Think hotel-level comfort with the warmth, chatter, and heart of a hostel. Our first Grams sits by the beautiful Pawna Lake in Lonavala.

And now, were looking for a Grand Mom who is young at heart and feels like home to everyone she meets.

What Youll Do:

This isnt a desk job. This is a vacation-on-duty role. During the hosted stay at Grams, you will:

1. Vacation by Pawna Lake

Relax, unwind, enjoy the property, soak in the views just as a guest would.

2. Share Honest Feedback

Tell us what feels warm, what could be better, and how we can make every stay even better

3. Click Photos & Create Simple Content

Capture moments, share your thoughts, and be part of our social media storytelling.

Basically, youll help us make Grams feel even more like home.

• A woman who is 50+, full of warmth, wit and charm (number is just an eligibility criteria, not saying that 50+ woman are grandmoms)
• Young at heart, observant, and great at conversation
