We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our Customer Support Team . The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills , an innovative and proactive personality , and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly during the training period.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and seeking to build a career in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand customer support processes during the training period.
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat professionally.
• Communicate effectively to resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance and service goals.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Any Bachelors Degree (Graduation is mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Smart, confident, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a structured training environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
