Graduate Trainee

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Freshers to join as Trainees who will be trained across various operational and customer service functions within the logistics domain. The role involves hands-on learning, coordination, and execution support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities related to shipments, documentation, and coordination
• Support customer service team in handling client queries and follow-ups
• Maintain and update records, reports, and operational data
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution of tasks
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Learn compliance requirements and company processes
• Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Bsc/ Logistics preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills
