Graduate Trainee- Sales and Marketing

Job Purpose:

• Understand the sales process involving Ocean / Air Freight LCL / FCL, ODC, Freight forwarding in exports & imports.

Job Profile:

• To undergo the extensive training for 6 months in Export/Import Operations, Export/Import Documentations, Export Import CS, Pricing and gets hands on experience in these support functions.

• To work closely with a sales person and make joint sales calls, prepare reports, coordinate with internal departments, login to CRM, follow up on outstanding etc.

• To take up market surveys, customer feedback surveys or any other assignments or projects given time to time. Submit a detail report on completing the same.

• Make quarterly presentations to the management highlighting the learning, any observations and suggestions, if any.

Job Involves The Following Linkages :

Within the Organisation : Operations, Documentations, Customer Service, Procurement, Business Analysts, ICDs, CFS, Accounts, Overseas agents

Outside the Organisation: CHAs, Direct Accounts, Forwarders etc
