Graduate Trainee, Human Resources

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Human Resources Intern to join our HR Business Partner team. This role will focus on automating workflows and providing support in developing career leveling guides for various business units across the organization, leveraging AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, a keen interest in technology, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in automating HR workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Support the development and implementation of career leveling guides for different business units.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand and address the needs of various departments.

• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes and decision-making.

• Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources is a plus.

• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.

• Previous exposure to Workday HRIS system is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
