As a Support Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and contribute to world-class customer support operations.

We are looking for 2024/25 MBA graduates to join our Support Engineering team as interns. In this role, you will provide technical support for Calix access platforms and cloud platforms, assisting our customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with networking and cloud technologies while working in a customer-focused environment.

  • Responsibilities and Duties:  

    • As a Renewals Associate, you will be part of the Renewals organization at Calix, which is responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention, maximizing recurring revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  

    • You will work closely with the Renewals Specialists and other internal teams to: Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Review and research accounts, opportunities, and contracts.  

    • Prepare renewal and true up quotes, amendments, and proposals. Update and maintain accurate data and records of activities in Salesforce.  

    • Align with internal stakeholders through various communication methods. Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.  

    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the process. 

     

    Qualifications:  

    • To be successful in this role, you will need: 1 to 2 years of work experience preferably in a customer focused role, understanding of technology is a plus.  

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communications, technology or a related field.  

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.  

    • Understanding of Microsoft Office. Salesforce knowledge a plus
