Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Management Trainee to join our team.

As a Graduate Management Trainee at Sales Partners, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow in various aspects of sales & marketing whilst supporting our team in executing successful campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels and campaigns.
• Cooperate in the coordination of marketing events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative concepts, and provide general administrative support as needed.
• Assisting in identifying new business opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
• Tracking sales performance and reporting key metrics to management teams.
• Progressing through a structured management training programme focused on leadership, business development, and team management
