Role Overview

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will play a key role in designing and delivering technical training programs for global customers across diverse technology domains. This role blends technical expertise, creativity, AI tools, and presentation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design technical training curriculum for global clients.
• Create engaging content for: - Instructor-Led Training (ILT), - Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), E-Learning module.

• Simplify complex technical concepts and present them effectively.
• Deliver Train the Trainer sessions for developed courses.
• Collaborate on project-based custom curriculum design initiatives.

Eligibility & Technical Competence

Education:

B.E / B.Tech in:

• Mechatronics
• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Computer Science (AI/ML specialization preferred)
• Cloud Technologies

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in teams

Added Advantage:

• SolidWorks
• Articulate Storyline
• Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with AI tools including:

- ChatGPT

- Claude

- Gemini

- Microsoft Copilot

- Grok

• Prompt engineering knowledge

Non-Technical Competencies:

• Cross-domain flexibility
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
