About the Role

We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on industry exposure , practical site experience, and structured mentoring, with the opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site execution, supervision, and coordination of civil works
• Support project engineers in planning, estimation, and quality control
• Prepare basic drawings, reports, and site documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and engineering standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Learn and apply industry best practices in real-time projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong fundamentals in Civil Engineering concepts
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic project environment
