Triple Apparels Limited is looking for GPQ-Lingerie Garments (LPP, OVS, Carrefour, Lidl, Fashion tex, Primark, & Next)

Job Description / Responsibility

Key Job Responsibilities (Lingerie Specialist)

• Production & Quality Guidelines: Implement buyer-specific quality manuals for delicate materials, lace, and complex constructions.
• Fit & Quality Inspection: Monitor and check lingerie garments during inline production, sewing, and finishing to ensure they meet the specific technical requirements for shape, comfort, and size.
• Sample Approval: Review and approve Proto samples, Pre-production (PP) samples, size sets, and Gold Seal samples.
• Defect Management: Identify and manage defects, such as seam puckering, lace misalignments, or shade variations, ensuring they are corrected.
• Final Inspection & AQL: Arrange and conduct pre-final and final inspections based on the Agreed Quality Level (AQL) standards.
• Documentation: Maintain QC files, inspection reports, and trim cards.
• Supplier/Factory Coordination: Communicate directly with buyer QC regarding any quality issues or deviations

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
