Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Government Relations Officer, based in Mumbai with some flexibility to work from home. The Government Relations Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, officials, and the public sector. Responsibilities include monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, advocating company positions, preparing communication materials, and providing timely analysis on relevant policies. The role also involves coordination with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and alignment with organizational goals. The Individual must be familar with Lobbying groups and individuals In Maharshtra and center with particular emphasis in Pharma nand DOD


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Government Relations and experience engaging with Local Government and Public Sector entities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to draft professional documents and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess regulatory impacts and develop strategic responses.
  • Ability to stay updated on relevant laws, policies, and regulatory changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the political landscape and governmental processes is a plus.
