Role Summary
The Governance and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for driving governance, maintaining centralized reporting mechanisms, and ensuring consistent oversight across processes. This role supports cross‑functional teams by providing structured governance, tracking key performance indicators, preparing executive-level reporting, and ensuring compliance with defined frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate centralized governance frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare standardized and ad‑hoc reports, including headcount reporting, performance metrics, and control assurance dashboards.
- Prepare leadership-level presentations.
- Consolidate data from multiple teams and translate into clear insights for leadership.
- Maintain centralized repositories and documentation for governance materials, metrics, and other relevant documents.
- Support implementation of tools, automation, and AI solutions for efficient reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-8 years of overall experience with exposure to reporting, dashboards, presentations, and other performance metrics.
- Ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, macros, pivots and charts).
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI).
- Skilled in preparing leadership‑level presentations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
- A high-level understanding of the risk and controls environment, as well as controls assurance activities, is preferred.
