Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Associate with strong experience in managing large-scale campaigns for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in scaling profitable campaigns, managing high ad spends, and leading a team to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.

Handle monthly advertising budgets exceeding INR 1 Crore with a strong focus on ROAS and profitability.

Work extensively with D2C brands in apparel, cosmetics, beauty, hair care, and essential product niches.

Analyze performance data using GA4, Google Ads dashboards, and other analytics tools to drive insights and improvements.

Set up and optimize Google Merchant Center accounts, including product feed creation, troubleshooting, and policy compliance.

Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.

Implement advanced audience strategies including remarketing, customer match, and lookalike audiences.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

34+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns independently.

Proven experience working with D2C brands, especially in apparel, cosmetics, beauty, hair care, and essential categories.

Strong expertise in GA4 setup, event tracking, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

In-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feed setup, optimization, and troubleshooting. Experience handling high-budget accounts (INR 1 Crore+ monthly spend).

Solid understanding of funnel-based marketing, CRO principles, and landing page optimization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Prior experience in team management and performance review is mandatory.
